Mr Miyagi was originally of Okinawan descent.He migrated to the United States at one point in his life. He was son to a fisherman who also happened to have been a kung fu master. Mr Miyagi was in love with a beautiful village girl named Yukie. Unfortunately, Yukie was also arranged to marry Mr Miyagi’s best friend, Sato. Mr Miyagi resented this arrangement and rebuked the same in their village in Japan. Sato took offense and challenged Mr Miyagi to a kung fu duel to the death.

Not wishing to confront and possibly kill his best friend, Mr Miyagi left Japan and went to the United States. But it does not end there. There is much more to Mr Miyage in order to properly wear a Mr Miyagi costume. Mr Miyagi met his wife in America and bore a child. Unfortunately both were killed in an unfortunate series of events. Mr Miyagi also participated in a war in which he was medaled. Despite this great honor, Mr Miyagi maintained his great patience, discipline, and humility. Eventually, Mr Miyagi was called back to Japan upon hearing that his father was on his death bed.

Mr Miyagi returned to Japan. He met with his father who only expressed at the way how his son had handled himself. Mr Miyagi was told that he did the right thing in not engaging Sato to a duel to the death. However, Mr Miyagi was being pressured yet again by Sato to engage in his earlier proposed duel. Mr Miyagi adamantly refused and was eventually able to save Sato’s life. They became friends again afterwards.

Back in America, Mr Miyagi took under his wing a young American who was being bullied. Mr Miyagi, despite his age, confronted and soundly defeated five young martial artists. Mr Miyagi was able to teach his Karate to the young hero in the first Karate Kid movie who was later able to succeed and win in a tourney of martial arts, confronting and defeating his bullies.

In order to wear a Mr Miyagi costume, it is important to understand the man behind the costume. Aside from his prowess, Mr Miyagi was a philosopher. While wearing a Mr Miyagi costume, you are allowed to speak pearls of wisdom or quotable quotes every once in a while.

Mr. Miyagi is the karate master that trained Daniel LaRussso. He was a quiet old man who was actually a karate master and he trained Daniel when he saw that Daniel was being bullied by the Cobra group.

No movie will be good without an effective and convincing antagonist to spice up the story. This was what John Kreese played. He was an ex-Special Forces Veteran who was a racist against Asians. He was the leader in the Cobra Kai dojo and has appeared in the first three films of the Karate Kid.

The Karate Kid will always be a classic when it comes to martial arts movies. That is why many people love this movie and its characters. And even if this movie is a few decades old, this movie will never get old, especially to its fans.
